Technical assessment

Before production begins, our engineering team conducts a technical assessment of your part design. This includes evaluating key factors such as material, surface finish, structure, process, and other details from your 3D and 2D drawings.

Material verification

Upon customer request, we provide a material certification for the parts we produce. This report, issued by the raw material manufacturer, typically includes: material heat number, material grade, material dimensions, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, and other relevant details.

On-site inspection system

In precision machining, it is crucial that materials are always correctly positioned. With an on-site inspection system, positions are automatically checked and adjusted accordingly. Using such a system helps prevent issues early on, saving time and cost.

In-process quality control

At FUMING, we strictly adhere to ISO9001:2015 requirements. Our quality control staff conducts routine inspections on all parts in production every 2 hours, further preventing potential risks.

Full-dimensional inspection report

For all orders, we provide a full dimensional inspection report upon request. This report will include: part quantity, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thicknesses and depths, part appearance, and other relevant details.

Packaging

Ensuring the highest quality of the parts we manufacture is essential. We understand the unpredictability of logistics, so we minimize risks to parts during packaging. Four layers of protection are applied: 1. wrapping paper, 2. EPE, 3. foam, and 4. a paper/wooden box, guaranteeing that we deliver high-quality, well-presented parts to you.

To support our strict quality control protocols, our production facility includes dedicated workshops for meticulous inspection and is equipped with advanced machinery.
