Available Finishes

Minimal post-processing or treatment on parts is done.

The part surface is left with a smooth, matte appearance.
Type II anodizing creates a corrosion-resistant finish. Parts can be anodized in various colors—clear, black, red, and gold being the most common—and this process is typically associated with aluminum. Type III anodizing produces a thicker coating that provides a wear-resistant layer in addition to the corrosion resistance characteristic of Type II.

This process involves spraying powdered paint onto a part, which is then cured in an oven. The result is a strong, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant layer that offers greater durability compared to conventional painting methods. A broad selection of colors is available to achieve the desired aesthetic finish.

Provides corrosion resistance and good conductivity properties. Can be used as a base for paint. Can leave surface yellow/gold.
If you don’t see the finish you require, please submit an RFQ and we will explore suitable finishing options for you.

What Is Sheet Metal Bending Processing

Precision sheet metal bending is a process that forms three-dimensional components by applying pressure to a metal plate, exceeding its yield strength and deforming it into an angular shape. This widely used sheet metal forming technique, also referred to as sheet metal folding, provides an economical fabrication method.

Based on the bending technique employed, the process can be categorized into several types, including V-bending, air bending, U-bending, step bending, roll bending, rotary bending, and others.
