Start A Quote
Upload your files to the Fuming Quote Engine and configure your project. Our team will consult with you to ensure your specifications, lead time, and pricing align with your project requirements. We will provide a DFM report for approval before initiating tooling.
Sample Approval
Once your project is launched, we will produce a high-quality die. After tooling is completed, we will send part samples—referred to as T1s—for your approval.
Production starts
Following sample approval, we proceed with full production and delivery. Rest assured, Fuming manages production and logistics throughout the entire process. You retain ownership of your tools and can easily reorder them whenever needed to meet your ongoing requirements.

Zinc Die Casting

Aluminum Die Casting
Aluminum ranks among the most widely used metals for die casting, valued for its excellent high-temperature resistance while maintaining strength and lightweight properties. Aluminum die-cast components are also highly conductive and corrosion-resistant.
Copper Die Casting
Copper is considered a specialty metal for die casting applications. Parts produced from copper die casting are prized for their superior mechanical properties, wear resistance, high hardness, and strength approaching that of steel components.
Die Casting Surface Finishes
Post-processing and finishing represent the final stage of precision die casting. Finishing techniques can be applied to eliminate surface imperfections on cast components, enhance mechanical or chemical properties, and improve the cosmetic appearance of finished products. Six distinct surface finish options are available for die casting applications.
